core glass rods
●The fiber-optic preform is a kind of glass rod made by melting a variety of raw materials (such as quartz sand and lanthanum oxide, mixed by weighing according to the proportion) under the high temperature environment. Generally, the diameter of fiber-optic preform is from several millimeters to tens of millimeters. The optical fiber preform guarantees the raw material supply in image photo-conductive recognition and low-light-level night-vision fields. Further, it can be used in the research and production of other new materials, such as photonic crystal fibers, fiber image bundles, optical fiber sensors, antiveiling photoelectric glass, scintillation glass and special photoelectric glass.

clad layer glass tubes
● The pre-fabricated fiber-optic pipe is a kind of glass tube material made by melting a variety of raw materials (such as quartz sand, boric acid, soda ash, mixed by weighing according to the proportion) under the high temperature environment. After drawing and cold processing, the molten glass can be made into the tube shape. Commonly, the optical fiber prefabricated tube is used together with the optical fiber prefabricated rod and It has been widely used in many fields such as low-light-level night vision, optical fiber sensing, fingerprint identification, medical diagnosis and treatment. Further, it provides high-performance products to the fields of electric-vacuum, high-energy physics and so on.

Anti halo photoelectric glass window
● Antiveiling photoelectric glass (AVG) has characteristic of high transmission from UV to visible light in the effective area, while the transmission is almost zero in the high absorption layer. This layer is prepared by a special process and then it has a very strong absorption to stray light. So, photoelectric glass can eliminate flare, and improve clarity of night vision devices and other optical elements.

Microchannel plate
●Microchannel plate is an avalanche electronic multiplier. Semiconducting layer coating on the inside surface of channel with property of secondary electron emission is prepared by hydrogen reducing. While input electrons impact the channel inner wall, more secondary electrons eject. After impacting many times, more than 103 electrons are output from the output end of MCP. So, MCP is characteristic of strengthening weak electronic signal, widely used in low light imaging, particle detecting and other fields. According to the needs of the user, the microchannel plate channel diameter, effective area, electrode materials can be customized.

Microlens array
●Using semiconductor lithography technology, micro nano scale periodic structures or arrays are uniformly prepared on the surface of glass substrate to realize the regulation of spectral signals. They are used in the fields of photoelectric detection, laser, optical fiber communication, virtual display, special display and so on.

Optical fiber panel
●Fiber optical plate (FOP) is prepared by heating and hot-melting tens millions of optical fibers with 4~6μm diameter lined in sequence. The optical fiber is prepared by drawing cladding glass with low refractive and core glass with high refractive at high temperature. According to the principle of total reflection, the light is transported in the inner of the optical fiber, conveying the image from the input side to the output side with high-fidelity based on the performances of large numerical aperture, high light-gathering capacity and high resolution. It can be used as the input or out optical windows for many applied fields, such as image coupling, image enhancement, field curvature correction, fingerprint recognition, touch-tone display. FOP can be processed into circular, square, concave spherical, step and other different shapes and sizes, plays an important roles in Low light level night vision, ultraviolet alarm, X-ray imaging, medical diagnosis and treatment.

fiber image inverter
●Fiber optic inverter ( FOI ) is prepared by reheating and reversing
through FOP. The input and output end of each optic fiber are reversed 180° around the axis of the device. Therefore, FOI is characteristic of reversing image by rotating the image for 180° in addition to all the features of FOP. The application of FOI solved the traditional optical image system of large volume, high field and low resolution problems, so that FOI are mainly used for image intensifier, in order to achieve the miniaturization of night vision equipment, but also applicable to any need to reverse the image. According to the needs of users, fiber diameter, size, shape and appearance of products can be customized. -

Fiber light cone
●Fiber optical taper (FOT) is prepared by reheating and drawing the rough FOP. FOT can zoom in or out the image, which can couple the image intensifier with CCD to realize digital processing on image. FOT is widely used in night vision, medical treatment, image coupling and other fields. According to user requirements, shape, cone ratio, size, fiber diameter can be customized.
